This recording is a culmination of my best work and stands as a landmark project in my life of artistry. I was very fortunate to have had the invaluable support from a handful of talented creators. At the top of that list is the one and only SkySplitterInk. Not only did he produce the album but he provided flavorful instrumentation and added magic to the arrangements. Big Thanks! I also want to show gratitude for the guest MCs who blessed the mic. One Love to Sed One, MAVSTAR, Learic and Humble for the high vibes. Think back to March 2020. For many of us, this was an eye opening moment in time that brought a potent sense of unknown. This song was my response.
When the world got hit with the challenges of 2020, I looked inward and found clarity through ART.
I had been holding this gem instrumental from SkySplitter for just the right occasion. Once that vibe hit, the song wrote itself.
In my eyes, this tune is an anthem of optimism. I always aim to tap into the reality of a situation, especially if there are extreme feelings involved. 2020 was no ordinary time. Got to dig deep if you want to reach the core.
NOW2020 was fully produced by SkySplitterInk. His musical sensibility and production mastery made this song an easy choice as my first single from The Immortal Realm. Timely and potent.
